When it comes to tortillas, corn is better. A 6 inch flour tortilla has nearly 3 times (110) the calories and 5 times (2.5g) the fat of a 6 inch corn tortilla. When it comes to salt (sodium) it’s even worse. The flour tortilla has 64 times that of a corn tortilla.  Corn 6 inch tortilla has 40 calories, 0.5g fat. Protein is flour’s only advantage with 6 g of protein for flour versus only 1 for corn.  So when cutting weight, choose corn.
